GCA Lebanon is nestled right on the line between Mount Juliet and Lebanon off Leeville Pike. Less than a mile from Interstate 40, it has become an excellent location for families living in Lebanon, Mount Juliet, and even our families working downtown and passing through.

Crystal Fletcher has been at GCA for 6 years and has been the Director at GCA Lebanon for 4 years. She previously taught Pre-K at GCA, and over the past 30 years has worked with children ranging from infancy to early 20s in children’s, youth, and young adult ministry. Crystal and her husband, Rusty, have been married for 29 years, and together they pastor a local church here in Lebanon. Together they have 5 children, who are all exploring their own walk in ministry, and range in age from 20 to 28. Crystal is passionate in providing a safe place for children to come while their parents work, she spent the first 12 years of motherhood at home with her children, and understands many parents do not receive the same opportunity. It is her number one priority to ensure each child feels loved, safe, and valued while they are in GCA’s care.
Fallon Charleton

Fallon Charleton is passionate about creativity and nature. She loves camping, fishing, and hiking with her family and her sweet pups. She enjoys creating learning spaces full of imagination, creativity, and hands-on activities. Fallon and her husband, Chris, have been married for 11 years, and together have a daughter who is 8, and a bonus daughter who is 16 years old. She has been at GCA for 5 years, and has worked as GCA Lebanon’s Assistant Director for three of those years, but has been in childcare for the past 8 years. Fallon is passionate in providing a curriculum that is accessible to all learning types, she has first hand experience in not receiving proper learning tools and understands that each child is unique in their academic understanding. She prioritizes letting each child explore their own way of learning, and brings an open mind to GCA’s academic program.
