Crystal Fletcher has been at GCA for 6 years and has been the Director at GCA Lebanon for 4 years. She previously taught Pre-K at GCA, and over the past 30 years has worked with children ranging from infancy to early 20s in children’s, youth, and young adult ministry. Crystal and her husband, Rusty, have been married for 32 years, and together they pastor a local church here in Lebanon. Together they have 5 children, who are all exploring their own walk in ministry. Crystal is passionate in providing a safe place for children to come while their parents work, she spent the first 12 years of motherhood at home with her children, and understands many parents do not receive the same opportunity. It is her number one priority to ensure each child feels loved, safe, and valued while they are in GCA’s care.
